If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. No complicated forms — just contact us or Paddle and we will process the refund.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (the Merchant of Record for your order). You can request a refund in one of two ways:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@brandiqdesign.com with your order email and a brief reason — we will forward your request to Paddle and confirm the refund.

How long does it take?

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
