These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Brandiq Design digital product and related materials (the "Service"), provided by Wahyu Eko Nugroho, an individual seller based in Indonesia ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.
The Service is provided by Wahyu Eko Nugroho (Indonesia). You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if purchasing on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
Brandiq Design is a digital program that helps you create clean, fast, and affordable image content using AI tools. After purchase, your access link and onboarding materials are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.
By placing an order, completing checkout, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Notice. Continued use of the Service means continued acceptance.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
You are responsible for keeping any credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information (including a valid email) and keep it up to date so we can deliver your purchase.
All content, materials, software, and branding that make up the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with these Terms.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent any technical restriction of the Service. Materials delivered to you remain licensed, not sold.
If you submit content to the Service (for example, prompts, inputs, or feedback), you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax collection, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout / Buyer Terms. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes calculated by Paddle.

We work to keep the Service available and useful but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. Where reasonable, we will give notice before doing so.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us (via Paddle) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
The Service may help you generate content using AI tools. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for ensuring you have the rights to any inputs. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional advice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts located in Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, internet or power outages, or actions of governmental authorities.
